Hugues Salomé is a Partner for Tax & Legal. He advises families, family offices and privately-owned groups on a wide range of tax and legal matters. He started his career with the Swiss tax authorities and, after a few years, switched to consulting. For more than 25 years, he has been working at top tier international audit and law firms where he gained significant experience in advising companies, private clients, fund managers and family offices.
He became a partner of at one of the Big4 in 2009 and set up his own tax firm in 2017. In 2019, he joined KPMG as a partner to take the lead of its Family Office and Private Clients practice in Geneva.
Hugues Salomé is a frequent speaker at events and regularly publishes contributions on Swiss as well as international tax matters.
Throughout his career, Hugues Salomé has been advising corporate and individual clients on Swiss and international tax matters. During the last 15 years, he has been focusing more specifically on:

- Assisting Private Clients transferring their residence in or out of Switzerland;
- Estate planning and structuring cross-border investments;
