Addressing key pain points in your Cloud Transformation

Accelerate your cloud journey

Organizations face challenges due to the vast scope and potential disruption of cloud adoption. As they embark on their journey of migrating their applications to the cloud, many encounter obstacles as they navigate complex cloud design and configuration decisions.

Common questions & answers:

  • How can the cloud help us stay ahead of the competition?
Cloud technology enables new business models and increases competitive edge.
  • How can the cloud help us innovate faster?
The cloud provides access to a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, machine learning and data analytics.
  • How can you finance and accelerate the disposal of assets, including IT hardware and possible real estate, to help fund the migration?
Use IT asset disposal strategies, such as reselling and recycling end-of-life assets as well as cloud provider incentives to ensure the most financially sensible and environmentally sustainable approach.

How we solve it:

  • Assess cloud readiness
  • Align the cloud strategy with business goals
  • Define the cloud target operating model
  • Design cloud architecture
  • Migrate / modernize applications and transform infrastructure
  • Build and run cloud-native applications
  • Provide ongoing cloud management and support services
  • Help fund an accelerated cloud migration through IT asset disposal financing options that consider tax, technology, legal, ESG and real estate implications

Realize your cloud value

Many organizations pay a premium of at least 20% on their cloud spending to meet their business objectives. The challenge lies in managing the dynamic nature of cloud services, avoiding wasteful spending and gaining visibility into the details and sources of cloud costs.

Common questions & answers:

  • How can we gain visibility into our cloud costs?
Use tagging and implement cloud cost management tools and dashboards to track spending and usage.
  • What are some common pitfalls to avoid when it comes to optimizing cloud costs?
Organizations often encounter challenges related to overprovisioning resources, failing to take advantage of vendor discounts, lacking cost visibility in a multi-cloud environment and making inadequate automation efforts.
  • How can we build a culture of cloud cost awareness within our organization?
A cost-conscious culture requires clear accountability, education on FinOps best practices and continuous monitoring.

How we solve it:

  • Align strategy and OKRs with cloud goals.
  • Implement FinOps principles and best practices to optimize cloud cost transparency and spending.
  • Modernize the operating model and thereby reshaping the workforce and culture.
  • Embed continuous cost optimization practices through automation.

Unleash business potential with SAP in the cloud

Companies need the support of enterprise-wide systems that grow and adapt with the business and enable the latest technologies, such as cloud and AI solutions, to drive internal connectivity and performance.

Common questions & answers:

  • What are the benefits of moving SAP to the cloud?
Typically, increased agility, scalability and easier access to the latest technologies and features.
  • What are the typical challenges involved in the transition?
Data migration, integration complexities and security concerns are common hurdles during the transition.
  • How do we ensure a smooth transition?
A structured approach with comprehensive assessments, tailored roadmaps, data migration, testing and change management.

How we solve it:

  • Discover and assess your current ERP setup and overall application landscape
  • Design a solution and a Target Enterprise Architecture including SAP and non-SAP applications
  • Implement, migrate, rationalize and integrate applications and systems
  • Provide testing, go-live support and post-migration optimization

Make your infrastructure ready for AI

While AI has the potential to transform businesses, it depends on the right enterprise infrastructure. Many companies face challenges integrating their current systems with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot. Issues such as insufficient processing power and poor data handling hinder AI adoption and the realization of its full value.

Common questions & answers:

  • What is the baseline architecture to set up my enterprise AI solution?
Well-architected landing zones, co-located AI/ infrastructure/ data/ applications, networking, security policies and management capabilities.
  • Why is infrastructure maturity essential?
Without the proper foundation, AI initiatives will be cost-inefficient, underperforming and unlikely to deliver the promised ROI.
  • How can I manage the costs and measure the ROI of an AI solution?
Start with a clear business case that defines the specific problems that AI will solve. Track key metrics related to those outcomes. Leverage cost transparency tools to gain insights and optimize resource usage.

How we solve it:

  • Assess infrastructure capabilities (i.e. landing zones, data storage, networking and security) to identify gaps in AI readiness and ability to scale.
  • Provide recommendations for infrastructure upgrades, adjustments and cloud migration strategies to bridge the gap between the current state and your AI aspirations.
  • Design and implement a scalable and high-performance infrastructure to support your enterprise AI.
  • Implement a management framework for cost/ROI, performance, compliance and governance.
