With Global Mobility reAImagined, you benefit from an AI-powered approach that connects knowledge, streamlines processes and reduces the workload on employees.

How AI supports modern global mobility processes

      Main landing page

Mobility requires a ‘single source of truth’ – a central point of contact for staff and specialist departments alike. Knowledge, tools and access to the right point of contact are made available via a central landing page.

      Concierge Agent

The Concierge Agent can be accessed via the landing page and acts as the intelligent interface between staff, HR and mobility experts. Our experts train the AI agent based on your requirements and mobility policies. This enables the Concierge Agent to understand individual enquiries, answer them using your company’s own information, or forward questions to specialised AI agents or the relevant specialists in a targeted manner.

      Flexible Toolbox

How Global Mobility reAImagined works in practice

      Example 1:

An employee from Germany is travelling to India for two weeks as part of a factory tour and would like to continue working from India for a certain period afterwards. Via the Global Mobility landing page, he asks the concierge agent which documents are required for the trip and which costs the employer will cover in connection with a ‘workation’. The concierge determines from the enquiry that the specialist remote work AI agent is best suited to handle it and forwards the enquiry to that agent. The agent provides an overview of the relevant travel documents and asks the employee for details of the planned workation. He then forwards the request for cost coverage, together with the travel details, to the relevant contact person in the specialist department.

      Example 2:

An HR manager is planning to deploy a specialist from Singapore for a project in Germany lasting several months. Previously, she had to gather information on the duration of the assignment, tax regulations, reporting requirements and internal approvals from various sources. Now, via the Global Mobility landing page, she instructs the Concierge Agent to prepare for the planned employee assignment. The agent organises the enquiry, asks specific follow-up questions and outlines the next steps required. Relevant information is consolidated, appropriate workflows are initiated and the relevant experts are involved at an early stage.

The benefits that Global Mobility reAImagined offers to organisations and employees

      • Business travellers and international staff have a single point of contact for all mobility enquiries. The concierge agent either handles the matter themselves or refers it to specialist agents or contact persons. Simple service enquiries can thus be resolved in a matter of minutes.
      • This takes the pressure off specialist staff and HR departments, allows them to manage workflows centrally, and provides them with all their daily tools in one place.
      • Companies benefit from time and cost savings in the posting process, thereby freeing up more time for strategic decision-making and reducing legal risks through centralised compliance processes.
