      Alm Brand has "employed" the chatbot ALBOT in their customer service. With ALBOT, Alm Brand's customer service has gone away from asking the colleague sitting next to you or scrolling through thick manuals to using the robot colleague instead, when they need to advise customers. It provides more satisfied employees and better customer service, freeing up time to be spent on the value-creating tasks that people are good at.



      Despite the fact that we have been used to doing things in some other ways, getting some technology that is clearly simple, and much better than what we have, has made most people say: 'this is cool, let me try it'
