During the seminar, you will:

Topics to be covered:

  • FP&A Fundamentals: The role of Financial Planning & Analysis within a company; overview of the end-to-end “Plan-to-Perform” process;
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Key methods and tools, including scenario analysis, zero-based budgeting, incremental budgeting, driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis; structure of budgets (operational, capital, and financial); use of digital tools for budgeting and forecasting;
  • Fundamentals of Pricing and Tariff Setting: Factors influencing price formation; pricing strategies such as cost-based, competition-based, and value-based pricing; dynamic pricing models and pricing frameworks.
