"The financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function serves as the foundation for a company’s successful development. It provides the necessary framework for integrating the company’s long-term strategy with annual and monthly operational plans, as well as the data required for informed and timely business decision-making to achieve strategic objectives. The pricing/tariff-setting system, in turn, is a critical component that ensures the company’s long-term financial sustainability. During our workshop, we will present the core approaches and tools used in financial planning, analysis, and pricing/tariff development, discussing their strengths and limitations, as well as the key trends shaping these areas today."

- FP&A Fundamentals: The role of Financial Planning & Analysis within a company; overview of the end-to-end “Plan-to-Perform” process;
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Key methods and tools, including scenario analysis, zero-based budgeting, incremental budgeting, driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis; structure of budgets (operational, capital, and financial); use of digital tools for budgeting and forecasting;
- Fundamentals of Pricing and Tariff Setting: Factors influencing price formation; pricing strategies such as cost-based, competition-based, and value-based pricing; dynamic pricing models and pricing frameworks.

- Participants will receive a certificate upon completion;
