We are committed to creating an inclusive environment, supported by numerous employee networks that celebrate diversity and provide community for all. Our teams are empowered to make a difference beyond the boardroom, contributing over 50,000 volunteering hours in FY24 alone. Through our Corporate Responsibility strategy, we support Londoners from disadvantaged backgrounds, champion social mobility, and help the next generation realise their potential.
Our community
Our commitment to the community is woven into the fabric of our London office. We are proud to have a cohort of nearly 4,000 volunteers in the region, working with partners such as FareShare, the Terrence Higgins Trust, and the East London Business Alliance. In FY25, our colleagues raised over £150,000 for FareShare through the London Big Walks and contributed thousands of hours to local volunteering, mentoring, and pro bono initiatives. We have welcomed more than 10,000 students into our offices since June 2023 through our Opening Doors to Opportunities programme, providing real-life client problem-solving experiences and career inspiration. Our education champions have built relationships with a number London schools, offering tailored support, mentoring, and tutoring to help young people build skills and confidence for the future. We are also committed to sustainability, with a target to become a zero-waste office by 2030 and a 25% reduction in energy usage since 2019.
