We occupy working space at the EastWest building in the centre of Nottingham. EastWest is located over the roundabout from our former office at Park Row on the corner of Tollhouse Hill and Upper Parliament Street. Nottingham Office has over 200 colleagues and six partners who work with companies across the East Midlands. The region is rich in heritage and innovation and is well positioned as an economic hub with excellent transport links and the UK’s biggest airfreight gateway.
With a dedicated team of knowledgeable and talented experts, we support businesses with audit, tax, consulting and advisory services across a wide range of sectors – both private and public. These include health, education, manufacturing, food and drink, retail, engineering and transport & logistics. At KPMG, we understand the local opportunities and issues, as well as national and global market trends including those around ESG.
We have a strong multidisciplinary KPMG Private Enterprise team in Nottingham who are dedicated to helping privately-owned businesses to grow. So, whether you’re establishing or scaling a new venture, planning an investment or exit, we are here for you.
Headed up by Kaljinder Nijjar, our Nottingham office can help your organisation achieve its goals through a wide range of services. As well as our traditional areas of audit and tax, our advisory services also include operational and business transformation, people strategy, cyber security and technology solutions. Our impact
Our clients
At KPMG Nottingham, we work with organisations that tackle urgent social challenges to deliver impact that matters. Our support for one charity helps turn surplus food into thousands of meals for families who would otherwise go hungry. Initiatives like the First Hour Appeal, where we ask colleagues to donate the equivalent of their first hour’s pay has continuous impact. We see first hand how every pound makes a difference: £25 provides 100 packed lunches for children, £50 creates 200 meals for older people facing loneliness, and £150 funds a month’s worth of breakfasts for a school club. We choose these initiatives, because they reflect our values of integrity, inclusion, and action. Together, we’re reducing food waste and giving hope and dignity to those who need it most.
Our people
In Nottingham, our colleagues are at the heart of local change, giving their time and energy to make a real difference. In 2025, 65% of our office volunteered in activities to support our communities, contributing an incredible 1,986 hours; a fantastic achievement that shows the power of collective action. From sorting food and preparing care parcels, transforming school playgrounds, to supporting local parks, our people show up with empathy and commitment. We’re proud to open our doors to students, mentor young people, and help build confidence in the next generation. Fundraising cycles to hands-on days reflect our belief in a kinder, more connected region. These efforts are a reflection of KPMG’s culture of empathy, collaboration, and leadership. Every hour spent volunteering strengthens our team and demonstrates that we live our values.
Our community
We invest in initiatives that make the East Midlands stronger and more connected because thriving communities create opportunities for everyone. Our support helps organisations improve food provision, reduce stigma around seeking help, and offer education and mentoring programmes that inspire ambition, and build skills, resilience and hope where it’s needed most. Every project we back delivers measurable change to leave communities feeling supported and empowered. For us, this is purpose in action, creating a region where everyone has the chance to thrive.
