      What we do

      As your trusted payroll partner, we ensure comprehensive support within payroll processes and guidance, from payroll advisory to reporting assistance, and even shadow payroll setup for employees working cross-border.

      We conduct thorough reviews of existing payroll processes to identify:

      • Ensure full compliance with payroll, tax, and employment legislation.


      Employer audits
      Over the past years, we have seen an increase in employer audits issued by the Danish authorities.
      We can assist you during these employer audits with advice, data preparation, and correspondence with the authorities. 

      Shadow payroll is a parallel payroll process used to report income, tax, and social security paid in home country while working in Denmark and vice versa. We provide support with shadow payroll setup and reporting, ensuring compliance with Danish payroll legislation and obligations for employees working abroad.

      Through close collaboration with our colleagues in the Global Mobility team, we ensure a full 360° service pallet from the initial registration in Denmark, through a smooth payroll process, to the final product: the employee’s tax return.

      We assist with special and complex payroll set-ups, including cross-border employment arrangements. Our services include:

      • Review of salary packages in relation to taxability
      • Calculations to ensure that the employee receives the promised net salary in their home country.

      We also provide comprehensive support in special set-ups where the employer has only limited payroll obligations in Denmark. In such cases, we can prepare a manual payslip to ensure transparency and clarity for the employee, including making sure employer fulfill often overlooked legislation, e.g. the Danish Holiday Act. However, also with the possibility to add further complexity giving the employee a local feel.
