    Rajesh is Partner, Value Creation practice Lead, TMT Strategy Group Lead at KPMG UK. Alongside his experienced team, he is responsible for maximising pre- and post-deal value using a combination of hypothesis-led thinking, deep sector knowledge and advanced data analytics.

    Rajesh has more than 25 years’ of experience in M&A (synergy case, due diligence, PMI), operations (go-to-market, cost reduction) and corporate strategy (market entry, business transformation) in a variety of sectors the communications, media and technology sectors.

    Rajesh specialises in working with senior leadership to refocus, restructure and maximise value of assets. Rajesh has advised some of the most significant transactions in the market. He has worked with leading corporates and private equity funds on transactions, operations and strategy.
