      Stuart specialises in supporting finance leaders and their teams to navigate the complexities and implications of a deal on finance functions from beginning to end, to deliver effective governance, risk management and to protect and create deal value for his clients. Stuart focuses on advising clients in the energy sector as they realign portfolios to meet the challenges of the energy transition, and has worked on deals in regulated networks, energy retail, renewable generation and chemicals.

      Stuart has more than 20 years' experience including 6 years in finance management roles within global businesses and 15 years in consulting and deals across a range of industries. Stuart is also on the leadership team of KPMG's Strategy Group centres of excellence.
