      Dorothée is a qualified employment law solicitor and director in KPMG Law’s Employment Legal Services team. Her specific areas of focus and interest are workforce pay compliance (including topics such as national minimum wage, pay gap reporting, equal pay, holiday pay and employment status) and workforce change (including restructurings and redundancies as well as changes to terms and conditions and TUPE transfers, with a particular focus on employee relations and communications).

      Dorothée combines in-depth expertise with genuine enthusiasm for her specialist areas, providing clients with practical and easy to apply advice. She advises clients across different sectors including but not limited to retail, financial services and utilities and also regularly works on global projects with KPMG Law’s strong international network.
