Anthony has over 17 years of hands on practical experience in delivering working capital projects across a wide variety of sectors, covering all aspects of Cash and Working Capital, with experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Inventory.
His experience goes from Diagnostics through to Detailed Planning as well as Implementation. He has worked on a wide range of sized clients from £100m revenue up to multi-billion, with a number of these also being Global in nature.
He has led on a number of cashflow forecasting projects from the initial building of the cashflow to reviewing clients existing cashflow forecasts, whether the company is in some form of stress or not.
