Sinead is a Director in the London Transfer Pricing team, specialising in helping multinational groups integrate tax into their business operations through Value Chain Management (VCM). She works with global clients to design, document and operationalise commercially aligned transfer pricing operating models, ensuring that policies are practical and fully embedded across finance processes and systems.
With over 18 years of experience, including time spent in industry, Sinead has led a wide range of complex transfer pricing projects across the full transfer pricing life cycle. Her experience includes value chain analysis, global policy design, global documentation, advance pricing agreements and dispute resolution. She supports clients through business restructurings, supply chain transformations, intellectual property planning, carve‑outs and post‑deal integration. Sinead is recognised for her ability to solve complex transfer pricing issues and to manage the interactions between transfer pricing and other taxes to deliver holistic solutions.
Sinead’s experience covers a diverse set of industries and business structures, with particular interest in the TMT, consumer and industrial manufacturing sectors. She has advised listed companies, large inbound and outbound multinational groups, private‑equity‑backed businesses, mid‑market international clients and start‑ups.
Sinead holds an LLB from Trinity College Dublin and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from Dublin City University. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Chartered Tax Adviser, and has completed CIOT specialist qualifications in the Principles of International Taxation and Transfer Pricing.
