Tom has over 10 years experience in IT and Technology Mergers and Acquisitions, including supporting a number of complex buy-side and sell-side technology engagements.

Tom has focused in complex technology separation and integration cross-industry, including Life Sciences, private equity and manufacturing. Tom has also led IT due diligence engagements for 20+ private equity clients looking to acquire businesses in across a range of sectors such as the payments sector as well as listed manufacturing companies.
