    Carol has specialised in insurance tax since joining KPMG in 1999. Her experience covers a wide variety of areas including; mergers and acquisitions, post deal integration (including Part VII and equivalent transfers), cross border tax issues, tax advice in relation to various accounting, regulatory and capital matters, and customer taxation.

    In recent years her focus has been M&A tax, where she has advised on a variety of taxation matters relating to UK and International transactions, including IPOs, vendor and purchaser tax due diligence, structuring, tax aspects of valuation models, and contractual support. Carol leads relationships across all tax services with many of our clients across the insurance sector.
