At KPMG, we value our diversity and the many different perspectives our people bring to solve complex issues. That’s why we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where our people can thrive. This includes investment in skills and knowledge to further expand, deepen and evolve our expertise within the IDE area.
We want to attract, retain and develop diverse talent at all levels. This means recruiting from the widest possible pool of talent, removing barriers that can prevent our people from reaching their full potential. It is essential that talent, skills, motivation and drive determine our people's success.
