Our team specializes in four service lines: IPO & ESG Readiness, Deal Accounting, US Capital Markets, and Digital Capital Markets. In IPO & ESG Readiness, we prepare clients for listed environments with project management, governance, risk management, and ESG compliance, and conduct Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market listing reviews. In Deal Accounting, we manage transaction-related financial impacts for private and public deals and support finance transformations linked to transactions or IPOs. For US Capital Markets, we assist Swedish clients with US listing preparations, including audit enhancements and controls design, supporting capital raising strategies. Digital Capital Markets focuses on AI-driven U.S. SOX compliance and internal controls, aiding clients with U.S. and Swedish listing preparations.
Corporate Finance
Our M&A team advises companies and their owners in connection with disposals and acquisitions. We support the entire buy or sell process, including preparing marketing material, identifying and contacting buyers, target screenings, and negotiation support. Our Valuation team supports clients with valuation issues surrounding business transactions and restructuring to meet regulatory and accounting requirements, for financing, tax planning, and dispute purposes, as well as financial modeling. The Valuation team spends time understanding business dynamics, industry, and value drivers in engagements such as independent valuations, public fairness opinions, buy-side transaction advice, purchase price allocations, financial modeling, incentive programs, legal disputes, portfolio valuations, tax valuations, and other areas.
Deal Strategy
Deal Strategy supports clients throughout the entire deal cycle, from strategic pre-deal integration/separation due diligence and synergy assessments to post-deal planning and execution. Additionally, Deal Strategy helps clients in their toughest challenges through integration/separation program implementation, conducting commercial and operational due diligence, and setting visionary growth and operational strategies.
Transaction Services
Our Transaction Services team delivers financial due diligence services related to transactions, involving private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers, to help clients identify transaction value drivers, improve M&A deal structures, and mitigate risk. Our financial due diligence process involves a detailed and systematic analysis of data from the target company to obtain an overall picture of the company in connection with the corporate deal.
