Mattias is a business lawyer and is responsible for advising on legal services.
Mattias joined KPMG in 2019 and has previously worked as a lawyer (member of the Swedish Bar Association). Mattias has over 20 years of experience in advising both privately owned and listed companies, primarily in business law, including reorganizations and restructurings, cross-border transactions and due diligence. Mattias also has extensive experience in contract negotiations and drafting complex agreements.
