Carl is a tax specialist in international and Swedish corporate taxation. Carl joined KPMG in 2008 and prior to that worked as a law notary at the Administrative Court in Malmö with a focus on tax cases, among other things. Carl currently works with Swedish and multinational groups operating in various segments (real estate and shipping industries). He is a specialist in international structures, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and tax disputes.
