Since 2008, Carl has worked as a tax consultant in KPMG's international and Swedish corporate taxation department. Carl has also worked at a major Swedish law firm dealing with tax matters, completed court service at the Administrative Court in Malmö, and worked at the Swedish Tax Agency. Carl provides ongoing tax advisory services to some of KPMG's larger corporate clients and also leads KPMG Tax & Legals real estate group in Sweden. His daily work includes, among other things, advising on transactions, national and international issues, structural matters, tax optimization issues, tax litigation, tax reporting, as well as other tax matters that arise in the everyday operations of Swedish and foreign companies.
