Björn is Partner in KPMGs Advisory practice with +20 years’ experience in M&A and leadership roles. Most recently as Head of Advisory for Sweden, Latvia and Lithuania. Earlier he served as senior partner and chairman of the board of KPMG Sweden.
Björn has particular focus on Deal Advisory and his experience ranges from advising on acquisitions, disposals, privatizations, financing, valuations and buy-outs. He also has considerable experience in leading complex and multi-disciplinary engagements.
Björn works with global and world-leading companies and has experience and knowledge within areas such as telecom, automotive and the vehicle sector - areas that are increasingly interconnected and developed through new technology.
