Matilda has over 15 years of experience from digital transformations and change programs where IT and business systems are central components. She has extensive experience in program management, implementation and harmonization of processes and systems and is used to handling complex issues as well as change management in major organizational changes. Several of the assignments have been carried out in global organizations and primarily in manufacturing and distribution operations with regard to international environments, local requirements and cultural challenges.
