Peter has more than 15 years of experience as a management consultant, including 2 years in the USA.
He has mostly worked on large, complex change projects within various support and service functions, with a focus on Finance and HR. The projects have included pre-studies, design, implementation, and evaluation. Peter often works as a program manager, expert in reference groups, or as KPMG’s representative in steering committee.
Some project experiences include: Major transformation within Finance at one of Sweden’s largest companies (totaling 1,000 FTE), the work has so far included strategy/vision and design but is now moving into implementation. Feasibility study and strategy for optimizing support functions; Finance, HR, IT at a large infrastructure company (> 15 billion SEK). HR transformation at a large global manufacturing group, including the establishment of a new delivery model including HR direct, a new intranet solution, HR center, and HR business partners in Sweden as the first pilot country.
