Victoria works as Head of Legal Operations & Transformation Services at KPMG in Sweden and leads the area.
Victoria joined KPMG in January 2024, when she joined from her own practice in the same area, which she has run since 2019. Victoria has extensive experience as a practicing lawyer, including from law firms and companies, and has herself been General Counsel for a total of 14 years in three different companies.
Victoria's collective experience of having been a lawyer herself, and General Counsel, for many years and from many years of work in management teams creates the conditions to deeply understand and take on the challenges in the legal domain in organizations and help leaders in law and compliance set and achieve their goals when it comes to optimizing and transforming the function and working methods, e.g. in terms of strategy, role and focus, resource allocation and organization of work, development of delivery model, digitalization, general professionalization, and future-proofing of the team.
