Caroline is an authorized tax advisor and has been working at KPMG in Sweden since 2009. Prior to that, Caroline worked at KPMG in London for 9 years. She has over 15 years of experience in tax advisory services within corporate taxation, primarily for large multinational companies. Caroline mainly deals with tax issues related to large companies, such as restructurings, acquisitions, mergers, financing, permanent establishment issues, losses, withholding taxes and general corporate tax matters. Caroline also works with EU tax law and withholding tax issues for investment and pension funds.
