Embracer Group successfully changed listing venue from Nasdaq First North Growth Market to Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market in December 2022, making it the largest switch between the two venues. KPMG supported Embracer during the readiness phase as well as in the listing process.
Embracer Group is one of the largest providers of PC/Console content in the industry with over 850 IP rights, 132 studios, close to 10,000 developers – and more than 200 games in development. Embracer is also a fast-paced company experiencing rapid growth and went from ~6 700 to over 15 700 employees during the list change project. This truly created a moving target for both Embracer professionals and involved KPMG consultants.
