Imran is a Partner with the KPMG in India’s Deal Advisory Practice and leads the Value Creation practice (Elevate).

He works with private equity and corporate clients to drive the value creation agenda in deal and non-deal situations including pre-deal value diligence, value roadmap development and post-deal value realisation. 

Imran has 21 years of experience, primarily in strategy and performance improvement consulting. His areas of focus include value creation roadmap development, value realisation, operations due diligence, business and operating model transformation, revenue growth and channel transformation, EBITDA improvement and working capital optimization. He works with clients across sectors and geographies, including India, the Middle East, Africa, and South-East Asia.
