Puneet Mansukhani is a seasoned retail technology leader and strategist with over two decades of experience driving digital transformation across global markets. As the National Sector Head - Retail, Global Retail Head - Digital & Technology Transformation at KPMG in India, he works with organisations to build future-ready digital capabilities, enhance customer engagement, and drive sustainable growth.

      Puneet leads large-scale transformation programmes and collaborates with KPMG’s global network of member firms to deliver integrated, value-led services across the retail ecosystem. He focuses on enabling direct-to-consumer models, strengthening omnichannel capabilities, and driving technology-led innovation to improve business outcomes.

      Puneet brings extensive experience in building and scaling retail technology practices and has worked closely with organisations across geographies to drive enterprise-wide digital initiatives. His work has centered on enabling integrated technology architecture, improving operational agility, and delivering streamlined seamless customer experiences across channels.

      Earlier in his career, Puneet was closely involved in developing and expanding retail technology practices at organisations such as Polaris, Vinculum, and EY, where he contributed to building scalable digital solutions and strengthening technology capabilities for retail businesses.

      He continues to contribute to the evolution of the retail sector through a strong focus on innovation and emerging technologies, including AI-led personalization and digital-first engagement models, and has been recognised multiple times as one of the “Most Influential Retail Leaders” by the Asia Retail Congress.
