Siddhartha has over 23 years of experience across strategy and operations, leading large complex transformation engagements cutting across consulting and industry. He has advised global multinationals on their entry and growth strategy, post-merger integration, cost optimisation, and setting up, running, and transforming their Global Business Services (GBS) operations. Having worked across a diverse set of sectors such oil and gas, industrial manufacturing and automotive, financial services, insurance, telecom, technology, infrastructure (EPC), and consumer markets.
Prior to KPMG in India, Siddhartha was Global Head for Workforce Strategy for Morgan Stanley’s Wealth and Investment Management business in NY and India, and prior to that, played several roles at TCS.
