Siddhartha Malaviya is a Partner in KPMG in India’s Business Consulting - GBS Advisory practice. He also serves as the sector lead for Energy and Natural Resources Global Capability Centers (ENR GCCs). With over 23 years of experience in strategy, consulting, and business transformation, Siddhartha is recognised for his expertise in helping global organisations design, scale, and enhance their capability centres, particularly within the energy and natural resources sector.

      Siddhartha has led large-scale transformation programmes for multinational clients across sectors such as oil and gas, industrial manufacturing and automotive, financial services, insurance, telecom, technology, infrastructure (EPC), and consumer markets. His work spans strategy development, tool design, programme management, post-merger integration, streamline cost, and due diligence. As the sector lead for ENR GCCs, Siddhartha drives KPMG in India’s advisory agenda for clients navigating the energy transition, digital disruption, and operational excellence.

      He is known for his ability to deliver cross-functional integration and operational scaling, supporting clients in establishing and evolving their global capability centers to meet rapidly changing business needs.

      Prior to KPMG in India, Siddhartha was Global Head for Workforce Strategy for Morgan Stanley’s Wealth and Investment Management business in New York and India. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he held several roles at TCS.
