    Due Diligence procedures to satisfy clients that the prospective resolution applicant is not ineligible under section 29A of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (“IBC”) which lists out the kind of persons who are not eligible to submit a resolution plan, either individually or acting jointly or in concert.

  4. Employee exit feedback:

  5. Site visits (in-person or through video assessment):
