Developing human capital, crafting robust learning strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous learning are now pivotal for every learning and development (L&D) professional.

The Future Learning and Development Leader Programme is meticulously designed to help L&D professionals build core competencies, enhance strategic acumen, and develop continuous improvement insight, enabling them to craft a roadmap to lead L&D functions.

The immersive 80-hour programme, spanning 11 weeks, features highly engaging live masterclass sessions and elements of gamified learning, through quizzes, leaderboards, L&D leader experience challenge, self-paced learning, peer-to-peer interaction, and expert talks, to provide an enriching and holistic learning experience.
