      Vijay is a business leader in the consulting industry with 25+ years of experience. He has a demonstrated track record of successfully scaling consulting businesses in India, in both local and global delivery models. His areas of expertise includes talent development, learning, leadership development, executive coaching, designing corporate universities and leading business transformation initiatives. Majority of his experience is in financial services, telecom, retail and Ed tech industries in India, US, UK, Indonesia and South Africa.

      An electronics engineer from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela and MBA from MDI, Gurgaon. His other interests include tennis, art, history, and reading.

      Jagpreet has two and a half decades of multi-industry experience in leadership skills development, organisational change management, coaching, curriculum design & development, team management, managing learning shared services, HR process automation, HR business partnering, sales trainings, and business development.       Gunjan is a distinguished leader in the field of leadership development, entrusted with spearheading the vertical. With over 20+ years of experience in talent development, she possesses a comprehensive skill set encompassing capability building, culture transformation, coaching, leadership development, curriculum design and management, talent assessments (including psychometric assessments and assessment centers), diversity and inclusion, communication, and change management.

      Gunjan has successfully designed and led extensive learning interventions on a large scale, harnessing the power of technology.       Poornima is a seasoned Instructional Designer with over 19+ years of experience in learning consulting, Instructional Design and training content development for India, APAC, and US regions.

      She has significant experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams for enterprise-wide implementation and management of learning solutions. She has credible experience in training needs analysis, curriculum design, development, implementation, and evaluation of multi-modal training programs; quality assurance; and project and programme management.
