We leverage insights, technology, best practices and maintain quality gold standard to help create customized solutions for M&A transactions. The team’s capabilities include Transaction Services (TS), M&A, Valuations and Capital Solutions, Accounting Advisory Services (AAS), Infrastructure and Climate Advisory, Strategy, Integration & Separation, Strategy, Restructuring, Financial Modelling and Solutions, DA&S Research, Deal Analytics and ESG Advisory.

Growth areas

DA&S continues to expand into new areas such as integration and separation and deal focussed analytics, while deepening its existing capabilities in TS, Strategy, AAS and CF. Furthermore, in line with the global agenda, DA&S has been developing sector-focussed teams, such as infrastructure.

It also works with over 20 KPMG firms on an engagement basis.
