An official cultural initiative of the Government of NCT of Delhi, organised by the Delhi Tourism and Transport Development Corporation (DTTDC).

It is a platform where films with cultural perspectives from different corners of the world intersect. IIFD celebrates cinema that engages with different forms and ideas. It invites filmmakers to share the work that inspires, challenges, and expands the language of storytelling.

This inaugural of IIFD 2026 introduces the festival with the following components:
